As the Managing Director, Mohammad focuses on the management side of the business. He has over 18 years of knowledge and experience in the construction industry. Mohammad is responsible for maintaining a strong supply chain and ensuring that projects are fully supported by smooth lines of communication so that the information flows, keeping everyone on the same page.
He has an enthusiastic personality, which at times makes the duller days that little bit brighter. His young family keep him very much on his toes out of work.

Business Development

James’ role is to build and maintain client relationships. He ensures that it is an enjoyable journey throughout each project. He has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. James is a social animal outside of work, which contrasts with his passion for solo travelling to offbeat destinations. He has ticked off 25 countries and counting.

Gary Austen

Contracts Manager

Gary comes with good experience and a demonstrated history of working in the construction and refurbishment industry. He is a supportive team leader and manager. Gary is professional and is great with client, site and contract management. Living in York, Gary likes to spend time outside of work with his family and taking his dog Ivy for long walks. Strong on safety and quality control, with commercial awareness that is combined with natural leadership. He is good listener and mentor with an open vision.

Contracts Manager​

Paul is a critical member of our business as he supports his team on sites to deliver each project on time, safely and to the highest quality. Developing strong relationships with both clients and suppliers are key to Paul’s role and something he does exceptionally well. Like Mohammad, Paul also has a young family that takes up most of his time out of work, however he keeps physically fit taking part in Jiu-Jitsu classes at his local centre. So no-one moans when he makes a bad cuppa.

Quantity Surveyor​

With his eagerness to learn, Jacob brings energy into the office as he assists in all commercial aspects of the business. If you have been involved with one of our projects you will have come into contact with Jacob at some point. Jacob took the option to work in a Trainee position with us as he wanted to gain real hands on experience whilst working towards graduating with a degree from Birmingham City University. If not crunching numbers Jacob can be found working hard in the gym or out with his friends & family.
