In a building that is a Grade 2 Listed property, in a prominent position in Nottingham’s vibrant city centre, this project was to refurbish a former retail space into a bright new open office.
These works had their own challenges such as scheduled deliveries and scaffold erection in a busy retail street. Careful planning with various city council departments and neighbouring retailers to enable the works to run smoothly was essential.
The project was part of a larger mixed use development. The works comprised of specialist cleaning to the front façade, sash window restoration, restoration to the ornate staircase, provide toilet facilities and fitting out of the office space.
